To research the new products, new technologies or find out the new raw material for process improvement in lap scale and transferring to manufacturing by conducting Research Special Run (RSR) and Manufacturing Special Run (MSR).
คุณสมบัติ
- Male/Female
- At least 3 years work experience as an engineer or related experience in glove manufacturing or rubber industry
- B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Rubber Technology or equivalent
- Good command of English writing and oral communication
- Competent of planning, organizing, and decision making skill
- Strong analytical skill including DOE, SPC and other statistical tools
- Understanding of FDA, EN and ISO 9000
