CRM Statistical Analyst
Qualification:
· Bachelor degree in mathematics/statistics/engineering/other quantitative field
· Master degree in business administration or quantitative field
· 2 or more years of predictive modeling/data mining experience required
· Experience in the application of modern statistical design and predictive modeling/data mining techniques on large data sets
· Proven track record in making data mining/analysis actionable to improve business outcomes.
· Knowledge of SPSS required. SQL a plus
· Experience with development and deployment of models in transactional databases a plus
Job Description:
· Perform various types of advance data-mining techniques including, but not limited to, predictive models, segmentation, target optimization, LTV
· Process large amounts of data for statistical modeling and graphic analysis, using computers.
· Identify relationships and trends in data, as well as any factors that could affect the results of data mining.
· Analyze and interpret statistical data to identify significant differences in relationships among sources of information.
· Evaluate the statistical methods and procedures used to obtain data to ensure validity, applicability, efficiency, and accuracy.
· Evaluate sources of information to determine any limitations in terms of reliability or usability.
· Plan data collection methods for specific projects and determine the types and sizes of sample groups to be used.
· Develop an understanding of fields to which statistical methods are to be applied to determine whether methods and results are appropriate
