Organization Development Officer
Qualifications
- Male or Female, Thai nationality, age not over 25 years
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Political Sciences, General Management or related fields
- New graduated from Domestic and Overseas Institution are welcome, work experiences on business filed over 1 year is more considerable.
- Excellence in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Analytical thinking skills
- Ambitious & willing to work hard for achievement
- The ability to contact and build up relationship.
Responsibilities
- Organization Development Officer is committed to ensure job satisfaction for employees while improving the efficiency, productivity and profitability of organization.
- Active in supporting on Productivity Programs such as: ISO 9000, TQA, Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard & KPI, etc.
- Increasingly responsible for management and organizational development which include on internal and external training programs.
- Good vision of future Organizational Development with strong management knowledge, service and task oriented mind, excellent social skills, charisma and a modern point of view.
